Off to Pittsburgh!

I am heading out to the International Quilt Market in Pittsburgh today - for the introduction of our new line of fabric.  Jody did some speedy work and whipped up these lovely Rouenneries Fleurs -  layered with fabric, ribbon, stamens, a button - and a pin on the back to boot!  They turned out so pretty we are thinking about making up some kits out of all of the scraps that have turned up at French General.  If you're heading to the show, be sure to stop by the Moda booth and say hello - I'll be there all day Friday!

  6. Those are lovely. If you get some free time in Pittsburgh....drop by the Cathedral of Learning on the campus of PITT. They have the Nationality Rooms...school rooms to reflect the differnent nationalities of the world. Very cool. Plus, down the street from that is the "O"...best fries in the world...nasty place, but great fries. Have fun...Pittsburgh is a great city.
