For a while now, we have been throwing around the idea of having an open craft day at French General - a day where local crafters could come and bring whatever they are working on and share some time with like-minded people. So, if you live nearby, or happen to be visiting, grab your knitting needles, jewelry pliers or sketchbook and pop in for a bit of a crafting bee this Thursday, March 31st from 11-4.
Sign up to rsvp - space is limited.
ohhhh, this sounds wonderful!! I'm going to check my schedule, I think I can make it!!
ReplyDeleteI just signed up! Will you be available to help me learn how to put one of your jewelry kits together? Thank you for offering this day!

Kaari, I wish I lived next door to French General, because I would be there every day the door was open to hang out and learn! You women are so inspiring!

I live just up the 2 fwy in Eagle Rock, but alas, have a day job so can't make it. Maybe you can do this again on a weekend sometime...?...

how fun....if i didn´t live a 1,000 miles away in snowy minnesota...I would pop in....not to make jewelry where we all know I am challenged, but to do some mixed media or paper craft fun...with charms and fabric snippets added on...have a great time...
ReplyDeleteMon Dieu que c'est moche que vous vivez en Californie! C'est trop loin! Which is to say, why are you so far away? I feel like I'm missing so much. xoxo
ReplyDeleteIt was a pleasure to be there. Thank you for opening your doors to us. Its nice to know about your shop.
ReplyDeleteBunnyTales posted a photo of your booth at market and I was wondering about a pattern for the ribbons. My guild awards ribbons for best in show and every year they are different (but not necessarily better). Do you sell that pattern?
